  • Do developers actually play the game?!

The first thing I want to say is that the game is a con. Max lives is five and when you get down to one they have a prompt screen to buy more. If you select yes you only get four lives but if you wait until you’ve run out you get five lives for the same price. I don’t know how many times I’ve done this before realising I was being ripped off. Also worth noting it can take five hours for your lives to refill. Anyone would think they don’t want you to play. When you’re playing the levels, it’s really difficult to move the gems and they often do the wrong thing. Very unlike similar games where moving the gems is quick and easy to do and doesn’t have a mind of its own. Once you pass level 100 the games are ridiculously hard and you get stuck on them for days, even when spending money on lives. It’s boring. Then when you’re playing the map, there isn’t a decent enough zoom out function. The further on you get in the game the harder it is to navigate. The dragons drop furniture off at the start of the map and the rooms you’re working on are on the other side of the map. You can really only see one room at a time and it’s boring and long to constantly be dragging furniture across the map. The furniture is hard to drag and it often doesn’t work. There isn’t a feature which shows your furniture inventory to instantly merge from a menu like in other merge games. One of the daily tasks is to collect the treasury bonus but you go there and it’s red and you can’t select it. The tasks have reset so why not the treasury? There’s no timer to let you know when you to return so you end up constantly checking until you’re able to collect it. I am willing to spend a lot of money on these games. This game has lots of potential but it’s very expensive, doesn’t work very well and lives run out quickly and are too expensive to keep buying so it ends up being pretty boring. I can’t see me sticking with it.

  • No Progress

LOVED this game until progression stopped. Needing 50 wins to open a new area is way too difficult - got 20 after two weeks and now totally stumped and zero success. I’m ready to try a different game where success keeps me interested, but really would keep playing if opening new areas was fun. Any changes ahead? FB and Instagram are not an option for me.

  • What support

I have spent over $100 on this game and since the update all I get is clouds on the main screen and anywhere you touch i get “ locked “ except on the settings screen it takes you to the privacy policy page and password screen. I have tried to contact the company support page 3weeks ago still waiting for a response. So frustrating. HELP

  • Resting takes too long!

I think creatures should rest faster. It takes them two and a half HOURS to fully recover! That’s not fast enough, especially during the “week of” events where you have to merge the presents to make better ones. And pls give the creatures more than 3 energy to do things! Give them like 4 energy or something pls!

  • Terrible

Only fun thing about this is the creatures and merging furniture. The match 3 is terrible. Pieces move the wrong way screwing up your matches. When did it change? 4 merge used to be a bomb and 5 match removed all pieces of same color
  • Fun at first

Takes too long for your creatures to awake. Only way to pass higher levels is to make a purchase. Then you can’t open any more doors. When in a level to bring down the bottles, why can’t they be moved when there are jewels around it in the same color?
  • To slow.Gem prices are ridiculous.

Would play it more often,I purchased a gem pack and find that you can’t really Progress with this game.you are constantly making the same buildings and going no where. The elves deliver the same objects time after time .Could be a great game if you didn’t have to purchase power ups,Gems are way to expensive.

  • Merlin

    Great fun
  • Ok, but

I like the concept but I don’t understand why boosters cannot be combined like they are in similar games. Also, some levels are near impossible to win without the power ups buttons at the bottom of the screen. It needs some work.
  • Could be better

The amount of time it takes for the creatures to rest/sleep is incredibly way too long. Having to wait over 11 hours for them to “wake up” is outrageous.
