Good when it works
This app is extremely glitchy. It kicked me out, and now it won’t let me sign back in. Says my passwords don’t match. So, I created a brand new account and it also wouldn’t let me log in. Aye. Fix the app.
Worst App ever
Whenever I fill the code it says invalid. I tried millions times with different codes
Useless
Ever since the update this is a joke. Actually said my child would be home in 20 minutes when he’d already BEEN home for 5. ETA in the morning will say arriving in 4 minutes when the bus is here. Completely useless and now we just use it as a laugh to see how off base it is. I’ve already requested our school board find a new app to use and they acknowledged they’ve had multiple complaints from other parents.

Great! (When it actually works)
This app is wonderful! When it actually works, but 90% of the time… it doesn’t. When it DOES work, it helps me track the bus so I can know exactly when to send my kids to the bus stop. 4 days out of the week, I have to guess because the app won’t load. FIX IT PLEASE. It’s just fine when it does work, but it never does.

Is this satire?
Not sure if this is supposed to be a legit app. Not sure why schools would use it if it’s for tracking your children. Developer should disable useless app.
Great when it works
This app is very hit and miss. When it works it’s great. But most of the time it doesn’t. A while ago it kicked me out and I haven’t been able to log in since.
Useless
Worked great until a couple weeks ago, but now the pickup/dropoff radius is large and cannot be reduced and gps alerts are no longer displayed.They totally ruined a perfectly good app!
Great until it moved to radius
This all worked great when it gave you an ETA and a time estimate as to how far the bus was. The last update changed it to give you an update when the bus is within a certain radius, which is not helpful when the bus route takes the bus in and out of that radius before coming to your stop. Thera also no eta until the bus his that radius. Not helpful.

That app was the best for parents up til a week ago! Please get this app up and working again!
Only works if you reinstall before each use!
I’ve reached out to the company but their response is that it works fine on their end. What?!? How does it only work for them and no one else? I have to delete and reinstall this app before every use. Otherwise it just sits on a blank screen with the logo. These developers need to push themselves a little harder to make this right since parents depend on this app!
