Not available items still for sale
I tried to buy one item for pickup and I was charged for it, then when I go to the store they just told me it is not available, also the app does not have a refund option.

We wanted to reach out to apologize for the issue that you had with ordering on our app. Yes, we did have an issue in November where the app was showing a few items that were not available in store. We fixed that a while back and now that issue is solved. So sorry about that. We would love to invite you back to our stores. We appreciate you more than we can say.
