No les recomiendo hacer una compra online…Hice una compra online desde Las Vegas , envio $25 Priority Mail USPS con firma solicitada…demoró 2 semanas en recibir el paquete,cuando llegó el paquete lo abrimos haciendole un video y para nuestra sorpresa el contenido del paquete era un telefono de $5,nada de aretes,envie el video y hice un reclamo a la tienda a lo que respondieron que el video no es suficiente evidencia para que USPS acepte el reclamo…que yo tengo que hacer un reporte de policia y proporcionarles un numero de reporte para que su aseguradora pueda aceptar el caso…yo intenté hacer el reporte pero como no se sabe donde ocurrió la manipulacion del paquete y como es el correo USPS,me dijeron de la Policia que tengo que hacer un reclamo a USPS…les explique y me dijeron de la tienda que no,que yo nesecito el reporte porque a mi fue al que le robaron,que vaya a la Policia hasta que me den el reporte,ese es el protocolo y si no lo sigo entonces no me van a procesar el reclamo y igual tengo que pagarle a Affirm. Una vez que el paquete sale de la Joyeria ellos no se hacen responsables del envio ni de au contenido…Tenga mucho cuidado y no se arriesgue a que esto le pueda pasar a usted.Olivergome
