I’m in love with the idea for this app. The thought behind it is extremely apparent, as well as the overall look and feel of the app. Not quite a 5 star rating just yet, as my app force closes quite often and can take a while just to navigate the links. Ready for an adventure
TAD has presented itself as a supplier for those seeking to be “mission capable”. Their app presents quests to challenge the mental and physical capabilities of those wishing to test their mettle. I am looking forward to testing myself. I’ve always prided myself on being able to MacGyver anything and beat myself into the ground. As Robert Heinlein said:
“A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.”

Got the app and gotta say, it’s fun to do these. Puzzles, trips and getting active. Got some out of state quests planned for next week and can’t wait! Just take the time and totally explore everything on the app and learn how to use it. TAD makes some great gear and now they are pumping out a solid app to get out and explore!!!!! Action behind the brand
I’ve used TAD gear for years and this app is a great next step in the brands evolution. The competitive nature, the research needed to decipher the clues, and getting out to explore the destinations all make for great motivators. TAD really put a lot of work into this and I’m looking forward checking out more of the objectives. TAD Quest...A new way to plan adventures.
The team over at TAD has developed something unique to the outdoor community in that they have created an app to get their customer base to explore something new to them. This is fun because each quest requires some research to locate and plan out the trip. Sometimes you’ll find plenty of information about the point of interest, and other times resources will be limited. This adds a greater sense of adventure to it. I participated in Quest 2019 and actually ran into another person completing the same quest that I had never met before.
