Temperamental
The app works great on my iPhone 8 Plus, it does not work on my old iPhone 6 Plus that I gave to my kids to use. It just shuts down after it loads 100%.
App needs urgent fix
Just downloaded to use with my child’s mystery mansion Christmas present, but it doesn’t work. It opens to a ‘preparing’ screen, but once it reaches 100% it crashes. Not fit for purpose. The qr code in the playmobil packaging doesn’t work either, takes you to a page to download colouring sheets. The whole thing needs urgent attention to fix it, otherwise many children will be disappointed just like my son currently is.

Issues on iPod touch
Issues on older 6th gen iPod touch. Works fine on my phone but shuts-down when ever I try to load it on the iOS touch that I let my kids use. The store says it should work but it doesn’t.
