Regarding your refund request, Apple handles all billing-related matters; to contact them, please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions. If for some reason that link does not work, you may perform a quick Google search using the words "how to request app store refund" and go from there. We value your feedback as we continually strive to improve our PDF Scanner app and make it FREE or much less expensive than others, for advanced users.
