I clicked my password wrongly and it locked me. To change my password, I need an access number which I need to go to Branch for! I'm travelling right now. How is that possible to achieve?!? This bank still use a decade old technology. Should have changed to different bank when I had the chance. The app may look new, but backend it's still the same ancient and slow. 12 midnight still do maintenance, it's 2023. Banking app needs 24 hours. Get a new IT department. It's no dependable too, sometimes server error when you're trying to pay something. It's ridiculous. I wish I can put less than one star.
