Easy to use ,Great App
I downloaded this app for my parents to get out of their house semi independently , Since they can no longer drive & my family and I have crazy schedules of our own*** let me tell you how EASY it is for them to go grocery shopping , getting to the bank, picking up their heart medications ,or if it’s bad weather they can have their groceries and medications delivered to them right at home which is a huge relief to me & my family . I get the option to order home care for a day or a week or whatever it may be to assist them with laundry light housekeeping . When our father gets out of the hospital I can book a caregiver to stay overnight night to keep an eye on him and be there for assistance if needed so my mom won’t have to worry. It’s absolutely INCREDIBLE to have an app that’s able to cover ALL of their care needs and the people and caregivers they send are absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! They are ALWAYS on time ,respectful , Professional, caring and knowledgeable . I feel very relieved , and comforted knowing My family and I don’t have to worry about how my loved ones can continue to live their lives safely on their own . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE WITH A LOVED ONE WHO NEEDS ASSISTANCE WITH DAILY ACTIVITIES AND CANNOT GET TIME OFF FROM WORK TO BE THERE TO ASSIST 24/7 .
