this app has sadly gone downhill :(

i never thought i'd have to write this review seeing as i've never had any problems in the past when i mail in my film to be developed. I have sent in three disposable cameras to indisposable over the past three years and i always got an email when the pictures were ready and uploaded,and it was usually within 5 days after they received my film. It has now been 12 days since they have received my film. I have contacted their customer service multiple times and have gotten no response. I used to put people on this app because it was such an easy way to get your film developed, but now they have lost a customer! :(

slow, not worth it

I have been using indisposable for a little over a year and have sent them 3 rolls a film. I found them on TikTok and tried supporting them because they are a small business, but the truth is that the development time is too long, it’s 7-9 BUSINESS days and sometimes even longer. I do like how the app organizes the film but many other companies do that too. The app is also very weird, it will log you out randomly. I would go to a Walmart or CVS. I am waiting for this last role of film to be returned but after this I’m taking my film to my local camera shop.

Too Long, No help from customer service

This app is genuinely such a waste of money. The time frames promoted are not accurate and the system has crashed continuously on me. It’s such a waste of money. customer service takes ages to get ahold of and do not respond with effective answers.

App doesn’t work and takes too long to receive photos back

The app almost never works. I always have to log in on line and download my pictures rather than use the app. Which defeats the whole purpose of this platform. They also give us a time frame when photos should be ready however it almost never gets done on time. I feel like it’s a bit pricey to be waiting so long to receive our order back. I think they should update their expected turnaround time or make sure to get it done within the expected timeframe.

Lost a Long time customer:(

I have developed 11 cameras with them in the past and will no longer be using them. Within the last year the customer service and timing has gone extremely down hill. I had several issues with film taking over a month to get back and no responses from support. My last film took forever to get a response from customer service. I got a response back saying that they had it and would see why it was taking long. Over a month after that message and several attempts to contact support they told me that the film was lost. They refunded me and gave me a $25 gift card which I appreciated but after I asked why they told me they had it - I got zero response again. I had commented on their instagram to try and get a response and have had several people reach out saying they’re having the same problem- sadly I’m not the one:( I loved the company originally so the two stars is for the past and them at least refunding me!

Terrible customer service.

It has been over two weeks and I haven’t received my prints. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It took them a week to respond to my support email and now they’ve gone dark again. They promised 5-6 business days and it’s been 11. I will never use them again. I just want my photos.

Looked Promising However Waste of $$

I sent my film in 3 weeks ago and never received my shipping label after paying. I then emailed and they sent my label. I shipped it off and then after 8 days reached out because USPS stated that the film was delivered yet they never told me it was received.

They let me know it was received and after another week and a half I’ve emailed for an update. No update.

This film was so important to me because it was my first time using a disposable camera. It had all my travels from this summer and now I fear that I’ll never be able to get those memories back.

The entire goal of this company is to be convenient however, they don’t respond and cost way to much just to not receive film. I work 2 jobs so this is not easy for me to deal with.

Find a local shop that’s more reliable and use them.

The app itself has “had a bug” for months and doesn’t work. AVOID THIS COMPANY 🚨🚨‼️‼️

Potential

I discovered this app and company on TikTok, and I really think there is some awesome potential here. My main issue with it is that both times I’ve developed photos they have had issues and not been uploaded on the app (so I’ve had to email).
Not giving up on this brand, but probably will not get my photos developed here soon- but I’ll be checking in to see improvements. Great ideas, but change is needed.

Terrible customer service. BEWARE

Do not use them. I spent over $50 for no one to answer my emails; as I presume indisposable LOST MY FILM. The reels sections of the app does not update and it has been 2 weeks since they received my film. I recommend you use the darkroom instead as I have had success sending my cameras to that company. Indisposable is an awful waste of money and unfortunately I have now lost all my memories from my best friends engagement because of Indisposable.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?!?!

It’s been more then 3-4 business days and still haven’t not received my film. At this point I don’t even want my film developed, I just want my negatives back and I’ll take it somewhere else. Please do not send your film here !!!
