can’t use reward points
I have $19 worth of rewards points, and every single time I go to use them to purchase a ticket, it says declined. Might as well just not have them.

Easy to book tickets through the App!!! Service and experience is amazing!!! I’ve put over 30+ friends/relative onto this app and place! Literally all my people know if I’m going to watch a movie this is the only theatre im going too! Been going for 2 years now! And will continue on!
How to sign in
I’ve made an account to where I can sign in on the flix brew house website but when making the login it doesn’t create or give u a username so u can’t sign in on this app with an account that was made on the web
Ridiculous Fees!
Over $10 every time for a “Service fee”? The same tickets are cheaper on the Atom app AND there’s no ripoff service fee. Why would anyone use the Flix app to maybe save a few dollars through the reward program over many visits, when they could just use the Atom app and save $10+ now?

What’s the point of making an app if it’s gonna take you to a browser to look up movies and pay? As soon as I noticed that I deleted the app. Plus no Apple Pay, it’s 2023. Time to step up your game.
Won’t let me sign in
Every time I try to sign in on the app, it tells me to check my details and try again. I’ve confirmed on the website that it works, but I get the same message with the same details on the app.
Seat selection
This app used to show the seats where there was just a swing arm chair and now that’s not there anymore. Also the shades for which are available and unavailable used to have more contrast and was easier to tell apart.
