Please help

I just signed up for a subscription and every time I go to the game screen to play Ski ball, the entire screen is BLACK and all I can see are the score board near the top of the screen! I see the home button and a lightening bolt button underneath. This is strange, I can see the Home Screen just fine and all the other screens like where you can buy things with raffle tickets. I just can’t see the actual game of ski ball itself. I think I’m actually throwing the ball because the numbers will change when I try and make the motion of throwing the ball. I really really wanted this to work. I have an iPhone 11 and this has never happened before on any game. Please help or I will have to cancel. I also had my daughter download this on her iPhone 11 Pro Max and it’s doing the same thing, I’m guessing the problem maybe with the new update?? Anyone else have this problem?? Is anyone going to fix this?

The game is amazing unless you can’t see anything the entire screen is black when I navigate the game it is awful

So full of ads and BS it’s unusable

Completely filled with trick ware and ads. Completely unusable and has a 10 minute play limit to even evaluate the app. No thanks.

I have to have a SUBSCRIPTION for a game that I used to play for FREE?

If it’s a one time purchase maybe, but I am NOT paying a monthly fee for something I used to get for free, or that I could at least watch ads for. And no, I never made any purchases, so what am I supposed to do now?

If you owned the game prior to the GameClub update, please email support@gameclub.io for your free unlock — we can walk you through a few ways you can show you owned the game in the past, even if you never spent money on it.

I miss the old days

I’m pretty sure this is the only complaint about this game. This game is really an amazing game! It was a childhood game to me... but of course... the game isn’t free anymore. You have to wait to get “tokens” to play 5 minutes of the game. Meanwhile before, you could play whenever you want. Thank you game club for putting a paywall in front of an amazing childhood game.

Everyone who bought our games previously should continue to have full access to the game without starting a subscription. However, in the case of Arcade Ball, it is no longer possible to detect a previous purchase automatically. Please write us at support@gameclub.io to get it straightened out.

The game used to be fun...

When I was younger, I remember playing this game for HOURS on my moms phone. I thought of it the other day, and downloaded it on my phone. Only to realize I needed a subscription, which I will not be purchasing. So yeah, the game is good, but it isn’t worth paying money to play skee ball.

This is the "real" version of Arcade Ball/Skee-Ball, officially updated with partnership with the original developers — it is the updated version of an older game but it's the only version updated for modern devices. If you've bought this game in the past, please email support@gameclub.io for your free unlock.
