Terrible
My friend got me this bracelet as a gift since we live across the world from each other. I was able to get into the app to set up my bracelet but I could not connect to hers. It said “network error” then after logging out and logging back in the app crashes. I am disappointed that my friend spent money on such a crappy product. I bought the bracelets about a month ago but I had to wait a while to set them up because I was giving it to my boyfriend for our anniversary before we go to college. I had my own account set up and I was just fine but then it wouldn’t let me connect his bracelet. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it won’t let me log in. Then of course he tried to see if it was just my account so he signed out of his and tried to log into my account and it wouldn’t let him, but when he tried to sign back into his own account it was giving him the same issue it was giving me. I emailed the customer support email I found on the website and haven’t received a response and I called and was hung up on. I am really starting to panic because I bought them too long ago to return them and I can’t afford to buy new ones. I feel like I ruined his anniversary gift.Show lessAnonymous...-

I just got mines but the app doesn’t even work it just says network error!! So annoying!
Iv tried to delete and reinstall and still NADA.
