    meant to be a one star, very difficult to use and limited. Also have to type the email every time, very inconvenient
  • Major problems with Requested Appointments

    There is a problem with requested appointments. An error is displayed and no requested appointments are displayed. Dentrix tech support was contacted twice about this error. I was informed twice by the “foreign techs” that a senior technician will call me back. I have yet to be contacted by a senior technician to fix the issue. ?Is this what I am paying for??🤬
