Password solved
The initial p/w is “admin”. After that you can login and change the p/w. I was also trying to enter with the WiFi p/w as that is how it is written on the R219z box. It took a google search and re-reading the box to see it does say admin (after trying the WiFi password many times). Seems I’m not the only one, though.

Seems I’m not the only one. Will not except password so cannot login.

Can’t even log into my pocket wifi
This might have been good app but even though I have the right admin PW, I can’t log in my MU5120. I’m only relying on the web version which I can log into.
By Password they mean Key, also stuck in Configuration mode
Tried to enter the ‘Password’ it asked for to connect to the device but it wasn’t working. What it actually wants is the code listed as ‘Key’ inside the device back cover. Now this app will at least let me configure the device (so we can change our password) but stays in configuration mode and I can’t check signal strength, battery level etc remotely. Pretty poor start.
