App doesn’t work
The questions are very good , but there is significant issues with the formatting of words on the website , where sentences overlap one another making it really hard to read some of the questions - this is only seen in the past year question section .
The app doesn’t work at all ! Shuts down as soon as it opens . I don’t think I am getting the service I have paid for . Sorry .

app is broken
when im trying to read the knowledge library its all broken and it says stuff like < u data - concetld = 3495” makes me wonder when im paying for apart from the quizzes
App is terrible
Decent questions but the app is terrible I’ve paid for the clinical bank and I can’t access clinical questions on the app?
Also why is there still not an option for offline download? Wasted opportunity

App has issues!
Since the update there have been numerous bugs (diagrams don’t show, marks questions answered correctly as incorrect). However, the quality of questions is amazing, far better than passmed.
Great resource let down by awful interface
Often great questions which aid learning but the recent (22/11) update to the interface is AWFUL - makes it so difficult to read the questions/obtain lab values and an absolute pain to complete questions. Also tried using on iPad but seemingly only supports one orientation.
You’d have better luck to do practise questions on a literal potato than this app
The app literally doesn’t work. Crashes every time before I can even start doing question. Honestly not worth the subscription, passmed app is way better. Enjoy Quesmed’s style of questions but it’s totally not worth the hassle.
When it works it’s good
Sadly for the past month or so there’s been a bug that doesn’t let you select / deselect difficulty. It’ll be stuck on please wait after the check box.
You need to go onto desktop make a quiz and then go onto mobile and resume. It’s a real hassle and has only started in the past couple of months.

Don’t use the app
The app doesn’t save your progress and times you out, also takes so long to load! Kinda frustrating!

The desktop version is mildly better, but it only works on Chrome. Had issues but they weren’t sorted effectively.

Good resource, horrible customer service and horrible app
The questions are good and helpful. But the app inconsistent and often down. Due to the fact we are paying a subscription fee and won’t get that time back it is unacceptable
Within my first two weeks of subscribing the app was not working so I asked the company via email to cancel and refund my subscription, given I had not answered a single question. They refused. Clearly, lacking a level of understanding and compassion to understand that the app is not working and no questions had ever been answered so within 14 days why can’t I get a refund?

Use desktop instead
The questions themselves are great and super helpful. The app is awful though, better to use the desktop version. Loads for too long, randomly times out and logs you out, doesn’t save question answers sometimes. Weird man.
