We have updated Radium – your cashless tipping solution - to make it even easier to be generous. See below for what’s new: New User Login Access: New users are now able to log into Radium and view nearby users without linking their bank account to their Radium wallet. New User Demo: New users are shown a demo when they initially enter Radium that explains how to easily give and receive tips using their Radium wallet. Enhanced Security Notifications: There are several new email notifications to inform users if there have been any changes to their Radium profile or wallet. For example, these emails inform users if their profile has been updated, a new bank account was linked, funds have been transferred to or from their Radium wallet, or if their account has been suspended or deactivated due to suspicious activity. Streamlined Bank Linking Process: The process to link a user’s bank account to their Radium wallet has been simplified. For example, users can now link their bank account using only the last four digits of their social security number. There are also additional instructions that give further context for users as to why certain personal information is required. Superior User Experience: There are new and updated notifications to create a better and more efficient user experience. This includes language to inform users when they receive funds via Radium or there are insufficient funds in their Radium wallet. Revised Automatic Radium Wallet Refills: Users can update their settings to automatically refill their Radium wallet when it falls below their specific amount. For example, users can ensure that their Radium wallet will automatically refill with $10 if their Radium wallet falls below $5. Updated Profile Settings: Users can now easily change their Radium profile from a receiver to a payer by simply selecting the option in Settings. Additionally, if the user changes from a payer to a receiver, a notification will popup that describes the required next steps such as including a photo.
