Didn’t get purchases and won’t merge
Started of fun but more it won’t merge items and they’re just taking up space. They freeze and won’t move at all. Also, purchases special pack and charged my iTunes account but didn’t receive items!! Reached out through contact us and no response.kstra

I personally think this games is much better than Merge Dragons. At least you don't charge an arm and a leg for gems or crystals. Or you at least get your money's worth. It's a really fun game and if you're tired of such costly gems, this is where you want to be! Thank you!DawnnieBoFawnnie

I’m impressed. I have only been playing this over the weekend. So far it is really nice and has great game play with it. The creators of this game put extra effort in the creation of the characters. They seem to have their own little attitudes. Keep up the good workFabulous Mare Bear
Satisfied but unsatisfied
I really enjoy playing this game it has tons of things to do. I put money into the game with the sea turtle and i couldnt get the last three days of the gems or eggs because of the event. Every time i tried to go to the home island i would get booted out of the game. I was also getting knocked out of the event multiple times each time half my progress would got back so i would have to do it over again. Love game, customer service not so much
I have been enjoying the game, however the past almost week I have been unable to merge eggs within my home land. I put in a contact via the contact us in the game, and followed up with a second submission almost a week later and have yet to get a response, nor has the issue been fixed. Definitely getting frustrated. The inability to merge eggs is making it very hard to progress through the game, and taking up a lot of space that should be free.Show lessColl Adrian
Would love to play if.......
The game is lagging heavily. I have fish eggs that will not merge, every thing else merges fine. The fish are too slow especially in the events & they wander off when they should be harvesting items. The “bubble items” & the crown, vase & compass take up too much of the spaces on the “board”. It takes way too many of them to redeem for prizes.Show lessPoison863
I wanted to love this game...BUT
It’s SO SLOW. The movement of the sea creatures...molasses in January. I just don’t have the patience for it any longer. There are also a few merge issues. The eggs clearly say ‘merge 3’. However, at a certain point, the minimum merge for eggs is 5. There are also a lot of touch hesitations. I’m playing on an iPad Pro with the latest iOS. Suggestion
I do like this game. I like it gives the opportunity to collect crystals so you are not spending tons of money. My only suggestion is adding a scroll stop button because not all items you are able to tap and move. When trying to move across you think you have the item to be moved and all you do is move the whole screen. Other then that I enjoy the gameShow lessDeborah19660101
