Great support and attention to detail
As someone who is type A and loves all the fine details, this app is very easy to use and coach Maddie adjusts everything to my goals! Checkins are always very detailed and when I need to swap out an exercise it's super easy to do on the app. 💪🏼Thepaigebartlett
wanted to love it :(
communication with trainer is severely lacking. never received the promised itinerary for my membership level. canceling is basically impossible as messages to the coach are ignored. you must manually remove your credit card to keep from being billed and dispute previous transactions with your credit card company for unfulfilled services.
shame, because it totally would have been worth it if delivered as promised (i enrolled at the personalized $199.99/mo home program). the exercises are great. mine were never fully adjusted for me. i never received a meal plan. my onboarding call was delayed and taken in a car. i’m sad, the trainer seems so nice so i don’t know what happened :(Show lessrachelee_
Impossible to cancel subscription
I hate to do this because I enjoyed the app when I was using it but I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for two weeks now with no response. I’ve emailed through the website and three time in the private message center in the app. There needs to be a better option to cancel subscriptions. It’s frustrating to know that the coach is responsive in the group chat function with other members but not when you’re trying to cancel.Show lessA new friend, but bigger fan.
