App does not work
App get stuck at the initial interface which says “adani | Electricity”. Does not even go to the login page. Tried using app on multiple mobile phones but still the same. Not an internet issue as everything else works absolutely fine. Please fix this.Sahil Chitre
App broken - can’t move past login screen
After correctly verifying with OTP and also trying to logging in with the correct PIN, I am still stuck at the login screen.
On top of that, customer care doesn’t understand plain English.
Not sure if you guys have outsourced the app development or are building in-house. Either way, a mediocre team has built a mediocre app!Show lessIamAgent47
A handy app in busy Mumbai life
I just downloaded the app. A extremely easy and customer friendly screens and payments can be made with flick of the button.
A great stress buster indeed as it frees me from my worries to stand in line for the monthly bill payment.
Just one observation not a critical one though. I paid additional Security Deposit as suggested successfully using the App. However the account continues to indicate Pay SD ! With SF amount shown outstanding. It should not show that! As other Apps immediately adjust the credits in appropriate heads .
But over all it was a pleasant experience.Show lessFBReder
