iPad version not working

I have tried to open ticket with FYERS support about the issue Im facing issues in the IPad version but have received no solution. App is stuck on the chart screen and back arrow doesn’t work.

GTT sell orders doesn’t execute and No notifications are sent until you open the app

I have been raising this to you customer service for 2 weeks now that GTT sell orders doesn’t execute and gets rejected even if holding is approved every day. I have to manually go on the holding you want to sell, authorise the holding again and press Sell. Until now I haven’t received any constructive response from Fyers.

Second issue is I don’t get any notifications from the app, not even if my GTT sell orders are rejected. The app shows notifications only when opened. All app and phone settings are correct but still no your app doesn’t send notifications.

Features and UI

The latest features on the new version of App and the UI is very much easier once you get used. It would be great if you guys make a video to explain all the UI options and functionalities. Great job guys on providing OI and other extra features for free of cost and 0 AMC.

Suggestion: when user is placing options buying order, it doesn’t automatically update the total amount it’s going to cost for that order as you change quantity field or change price trigger or price max to purchase.

Option trading restricted to only current expiry

I don’t who why but the option trading is restricted to only current expiry. Why??? Please remove this unnecessary restriction. Or I am leaving this platform

Chart issue

The problem is that when I turn my phone to get wider view, charts are are not showing properly. I dont know how to upload the image otherwise I would definitely upload the image to show you the problem. In charting segment there are many players in the market, so now in order to get and edge over them you just have to see the tiny things that you might ignoring.

#Solve it or lose it.

Great App.

Two reasons for 4star—
1. chart sometime disappears. But this is not a major one as we have better charting tool available online.
2. Buy 1 share of penny stocks and doesn’t get credited to your account even after money gets deducted. This needs to be fixed

Repetitive, annoying issues.

This app forces you to sign in EACH TIME you switch to another app for a few minutes. Even with face ID you need to click ok on a stupid repetitive disclaimer - that means your access to the app demands repeated clicking on your part, even when u so much as reach out to tradingview to check the right price to buy/sell through Fyers.
I do not encounter such repeat logouts in Angel One etc.
This is a neurosurgeon-trader’s view and I stand by it.
