Freezes a lot, sometimes won’t even open. Oftentimes I can’t access my membership info or schedule an hour in a room. I find this incredibly frustrating since I am rarely able to allocate any spare time to renting the dance rooms for an hour, and when I do, I can’t open the app to do so! It also frequently forgets my login info/randomly signs me out. Someone needs to take a look at this app and fix this. It’s been on the fritz for months. I pay $100 a month for this membership and for that kind of price I feel entitled to easy and reliable access.
