Sustainable lifestyle.
I’ve loved using this app so far! The automatic shopping list is a personal favourite. It makes getting the meal plan ingredients so easy for my partner and I. The instruction videos are clear and easy to follow, giving me more time to workout. I’ve already started to notice a difference and am loving the sustainable training and personalised meal plan with food I actually LOVE. The foods I don’t like are swapped out quickly which is absolutely awesome for someone fussy like myself.
