Description of Claims

Create eDockets and receive weights wirelessly from LOGR Air weighbridges. LOGR Claims is an application for use by truck drivers as they undertake their load weighing at a LOGR connected weighbridge. Drivers may be using third-party docketing systems or have manual paper dockets – the Claims App allows Drivers to create eDockets and receive weights wirelessly. Through authenticated login, the Driver can create a new docket manually or select an active docket associated with the identified truck registration (achieved through integration with another eDocket, Cart or Delivery note system). When a stable weight reading is achieved, the Driver can claim the weight receipt. The Claims App, through connectivity with onsite LOGR Edge hardware and/or LOGR Air cloud services, will receive identity weight transactions that the Driver can claim, and upon claiming, the docket data is synchronised with the LOGR Air service. How LOGR Claims works 1. Download LOGR Claims to your mobile or tablet device (this may be a shared device managed by the smart weighbridge site, or a device carried by the Driver) 2. Enter a one-off authorisation key 3. To create an eDocket or receive weights, simply enter the truck registration 4. LOGR Claims checks for existing eDockets matching the truck registration 5. When the Driver is on the weighbridge and receives stable weights, these are sent to the app for the Driver to claim 6. The docket is automatically completed after the second stable weight is received 7. If it is a shared device, the Driver can log out at the end of their session
