Description of WorkFlow
L’outil Workflow permet de construire des circuits de validation correspondant aux processus métier. Le processus s’organise autour de 3 profils différents : un utilisateur “déposant”, un ou plusieurs utilisateurs “validateur” et un ou plusieurs utilisateurs “superviseur”. L’utilisateur “déposant” amorce le processus en déposant une information (documents, formulaires, publications, sondages, etc...). Le ou les validateurs sont notifiés (mail, web, mobile). Depuis la plateforme ou leur smartphone, ils peuvent visualiser l’information afin de la valider ou de la refuser. Ils ont la possibilité de commenter leurs choix. La validation permet le passage à l’étape suivante (autre validation ou diffusion). Le refus entraîne une notification à l’utilisateur “déposant”. Ce dernier a la main pour modifier l’information et relancer le processus. Le superviseur a une vision globale des processus en cours et terminés. Il a la main pour se substituer aux déposants et aux validateurs à chaque étape du circuit.
