In this release you can create accounts for those not quite ready to join. We call them Shadow accounts. You can also create accounts for your lovely pets so you don't forget those beautiful moments with them. Our playful "KinPics" are already available for those users that do not have a profile picture set. Guess who is who in the Storyline! We have also updated the Members menu. The admins of the Space now have more control.

We are making Kin FREE for anyone who registers and creates a Space in 2022. So in this release we have removed the need for a subscription. If you sign up now to create a Space you will receive 5GB of storage free forever (that’s about 5K photos!). Existing users will also receive this offer via email in the coming days.

In this release you will find Kinbot popping up on your toolbar. Tap it to open the Discovery screen where Kinbot will help you make the most of Kin, and keep you updated on upcoming features.

Sometimes nothing says it quite like an emoji. You can now like, love, laugh and celebrate with your Kin spaces using our very own emoji set. There are also crying and angry emojis, but we hope you don’t need to use them too often. You can also now share and click on links in Chat.

You can now scroll through images and videos in full screen without having to go back to the original post or message. We’ve also fixed a few bugs and added some touches to Chat, like making it easy to scroll to the latest message.
