I only have one problem, it’s quite a big one though. If I have a problem, and need to get a hold of customer service then it’s very difficult. There is no phone number to call to speak with an advisor. I have to email and that takes 24 - 48 hours. It’s usually longer than that. Also, if the answer they give you isn’t what you’re looking for then you need to email again and wait another 2 days for a reply. I’ve lost my phone a few times which has locked me out and as I need them to answer me, I am usually locked out for 5 or more days. This needs changing, immediately.
This is the only gripe I have, if they sort this and put actual people onto customer service to deal with issues then this would be 10/10. For now it’s 5/10 as this is a big issue.
