Verb mobile app serves as an extension of the platform designed to help users track their daily habits and change them for the good. Verb is a conversation-first platform so all the communication happens via text messages and the mobile app serves as a destination to review all of the tracked data (food, water, sleep, activity, mood, daily journals) as well as add any custom reminders.
