WORRY Deck for Kids

The WORRY Deck and WORRY Deck for Kids were created for anyone to move through their worry toward a greater sense of calm. These 52-card decks are filled with breathing, visualization, thinking and action Strategies, Reminders (original WORRY Deck)/Conversation Starters (WORRY Deck for Kids) and Affirmations. Each card is practical, easy to use and organized by beautiful illustrations. You can purchase the physical decks online which are small enough to carry with you anywhere you may worry or now with this app, you can have it with you anywhere you bring your phone!   The free version of this app will give you 3 Strategies, 2 Conversation Starters to get you and your child talking about their worry, and 3 Affirmations. Your child will be able to explore, favorite and journal within the app and if you and she/he like what you see you will have the option to unlock all 52 cards for a ONE TIME purchase price. Why are these card decks important? They are important because everyone worries and you are not alone! Being human is having lots of emotions which we think of as “good” (happy, joy, excitement, confidence, and calm) or “bad” (fear, anger, sadness, grief and guilt). But consider this: what if there are no “bad” emotions? Yes, I know, there are emotions that make us feel pain, heartache, discomfort, and an overall icky (to use a very technical term :)) feeling and that feels very bad!
