There is no way to contact your driver except for 1 single phone number that is iMessage and doesn’t change regardless of who your delivery person is. Their app is prehistoric and is missing some basic features and accommodations that literally every other app on the market has. I gave them plenty of business and have always tipped, all of this despite the fact that they are also more expensive than most delivery services. I changed my phone number over 2 months ago, and I changed it on the app like you’re supposed to. I have never gotten a lot of messages from them, even before, but I found that whenever I would track the order it would sit at my place. So I would text the number and say my Unit number again. The app displays my address without the unit number to them and doesn’t show them my notes??? Also apparently on their end they have my old phone number, and despite communicating with me on the company phone multiple times, they never said anything. When my most recent order wasn’t arriving, and I was busy and not watching the tracker, my delivery driver left and went and got someone’s else’s food across town and then dropped it off. Not her fault at all. The manager? Customer service guy? Josh was incredibly condescending on the phone and was acting like we were idiots and that the other number is the one they have always had. I was literally trying to help him and tell him something was wrong with the app then and he wouldn’t listen. Also didn’t comp me or offer a coupon or anything, basically said it was my fault but sorry! Won’t ever do business with them again and I will go out of my way to tell others to do the same.
