Workout timer for Convict conditioning to assist your training. Features - The loop of click sound for 2 sconds up/down and 1 second hold - Select the click sound from 10 types sounds - Voice tells you current reps you are doing - Count up for each work intereval How to use 1. Select timer sound 2. Set target reps 3. Set interval seconds 4. Tap start button 5. Graphics and sounds show 2 second + 1 second 6. Voice tells you how much reps you do now 7. Interval starts after target rep finished 8. Workout starts again after interval finished Select right/left button to select click sound. Tap sound and voice mark to cancel sound/voice assistant.
