  • Should Not Have Ordered Takeout When It Was So Busy

We used the app to order two beef rib dinners from the Albuquerque restaurant on Saturday night, February 3. The number went unanswered when we arrived, so we went inside. The place was slammed. The bartender was understandably surly when I asked about my order from the app and if everything was there. I was so eager to leave the jammed restaurant, I forgot to ask about the bread. And I didn’t want to wait another 10+ minutes while the bartender found some. But the worst thing about the experience was that the ribs were dry, as in old. I guess they figured since we were driving home to eat, they could pawn off old food on us. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Especially since we’re great fans of County Line Barbecue. Way to treat your customers.

  • Great food, great service!

Always a great place to eat.
  • Reliable app but new loyalty program broken

I’ve used this app for about two years and it’s been reliable. However, this most recent update was a disappointment. They added a new rewards program which should have been exciting, right? I saw they gave me points for past orders so I actually had enough points to get a reward right away - nice! The problem is the app gave me no way to redeem it. It gives instructions that say I should “apply available offers” in the order summary screen but no such link exists. There is a link for “apply promo code” but alas they didn’t give me a code for my reward so I couldn’t redeem it. I even tried canceling my whole order and going back into the order screen by clicking on the available reward first, but it didn’t show up in my cart. I’m still giving 4 stars because I could place my order (minus reward) and it’s worked for me in the past. But I was disappointed to be teased with a loyalty program I can’t actually use so minus one star. ☹️

  • Best barbecue but in no way is this a hipster place.

It’s always a pleasure to eat at a place that Jeff Bezos doesn’t own.
