Time Format
Im having issues with this watch or maybe the app itself. But when I want to change the tone format to 24-hour to 12-hour but even when I change everything to 12-hour it still has everything at 24 hours and I can’t read military time that well. And it’s very difficult for me to enjoy the watch that is literally made to tell you the time but when I wanna use it for that reason it doesn’t work!𝓱𝓾𝓰𝓸💰

I bought this watch back in May!!! Was giving it time to see if it works’!!! now that I have read the reviews of this dumb watch, I really conclude that is a very defective watch!! Honestly I’m so disappointed!!! This watch does not respond at all!! The app as well!! Since day one I tried to put all my info change the wall papers it can’t even keep up with the correct time and date!! Never will I buy from you guys again!!! and I will make sure I will tell everyone, so they do t waste there money on this crappy watch!!! Sooooo upset!!

Missing Information
The sleep function of the app displays several different colors that presumably indicate different sleep stages, but it doesn’t explain what the colors mean. Also, being able to set your own sleep schedule (instead of the default 9pm-9am setting) would be more useful for those of us who are not a 9am-5pm work day and sleep on a different schedule. The notifications function is not easily manipulated. I had to delete an app that I used often because I could not get the watch to stop sending notifications even after I turned them off.emmiegirloh

Thank you for your feedback. The application message reminder you mentioned cannot be turned off. You can go to iPhone-Notification-Select Application-Options-Display Preview-Set to "Never" to turn off the notification reminder.UGH

Sync contacts
I cannot sync my contacts with my watch and change wallpapers this application is terriblemysm_smdz
Nice but not good
Watch does not stay connected to phone. Loses connection easily and needs to be reconnected frequently. Takes sound over phone at all times on its own and my phone does not play music or ringtones.
All monitors data are totally off and not reliable
App does not keep track of activity and save the logs. Exercise on phone is only for running outdoors
Maybe there are better firmware versions and apps to control device in a more convenient and helpful manner but as it is now, must a nice gadget not useful at all . Got it as a gift, otherwise would have sent it backMongocel
