I have small issues that some time I get rejected and I don’t know the reason, if you please advise us so we can solve it

Hello dear, for Qatar we're sorry for this, and we're working on it and once we have any new update we will announce it straight away.Apparently the app decides what type of money they will put in installments. If I’d known this before checking out with tabby, it would’ve saved me from embarrassing myself. The app didn’t inform about tabby deciding what’s the right budget for me during the setup of my account.
I understand that this is important for tabby to regulate purchases but understand that customers need to be informed about this prior to any purchases.
I’m giving one star because my first time experience trying to use the app at checkout was terrible and I didn’t even get to use the service.

They spam your phone with notifications with no way to disable those stupid promo notifications they deliberately engineered. You cannot turn off marketing notifications in the app. In fact, the Developer will respond to this by saying “oh well you can turn off all notifications in your phone settings”. Yeah, that’s gonna disable everything, when would I really want is to disable your annoying push notifications, which serve no purpose, and waste of my time. Thanks
If you want more people to use your app and not get annoyed, Don’t shove notifications down peoples throats and give us an option to turn them off in YOUR app settings.

However, we're continuously working to improve our services in Qatar and appreciate your patience and support as we grow. Thank you for choosing tabby🤍🥰Stating that you need only to register and link your bank card and ID, but when you complete the registration and get your card verified, your purchase will be rejected and they will ask you to link and share your whole bank account details with login and password to be able to make a purchase. I contacted the customers service and they say non sense like they will help me to decide me future purchases next time!!!
Advice Use a credit card and forget about this services.

Thank you dear for your amazing feedback 🥰hope you have great day🤍I use Tabby more than a year now. I didn’t have any problems with them I everytime pay on time. But I had a problem with debit card I couldn’t pay I was waiting for my bank to solve it. And Tabby collect 15aed for each late payment which understands. And suddenly Tabby track down my others app in my phone which is not his. And send a message of 30ead fees on 2 weeks late payment. It’s was not even 1 week yet. And the lady who called said ooh it’s Tabby law. What law! I can’t even find your law in the app or website. You don’t mention it before someone use your service and then suddenly you put your own law. And also you don’t have the right to track others app is someone phone sut it down. I will never use this again. Just delete it. You guys are not honest.
