    Totally rubbish
  • Not great

    It can take forever to upload results from device, sometimes after an hour or trying everything possible I just have to give up and try the next day. Means that I sometimes have a back log of so many entries and easy to forget notes, can be very frustrating. Also the graphs could be more functional like being able to turn on and off different data sets instead of having all or 1 data set turned on.

  • Please fix

    The app keeps shutting down and won’t sync to the device unless I re-add it. Very frustrating
  • Could be great if it worked all the time

    The latest app update has created a nightmare. It won’t sync any of my results and I can’t even message my hospital through the app to tell them. Needs fixing ASAP.

    Very frustrating app which takes a long time to connect and re connect ect just to get a reading in. Needs some tech help
  • RUBBISH! Just adds more stress!

    I’m a mum of 3 (nearly 4) & have been “trying” to use this App for 2 weeks. Have to delete and reinstall (and re-pair) any time I want to upload new BGL. It is full of bugs and just causes so much unnecessary stress. It has so much potential but is just rubbish right now! It has problems pairing and finding the device right next to it, and connecting with BT and it’s just... super frustrating.

  • Not working properly since update

    Since the update two weeks ago, the app has crashed multiple times, and has not been syncing up and showing my reads. I have to turn on and off a million times and if that doesn’t work I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall and re log in. Very frustrating and time consuming. Was not having any issues before until the update
