  • Does not make sure you enter routing number right

So put your checking and routing number in and the bank you use and it does not check your routing number to make sure you’ve entered it right you put save and carry on to pay your bill and it says it’s paid a couple days later you get your payment was rejected so you go back in because you’re confused and don’t understand to pay it again and once again, it says it’s been accepted and then it’s rejected so I called LCEC and so happens to be that I probably had my routing and number wrong so now they tell me I can only Pay by cash. so I’ll take my money off my First Horizon debit card, but won’t you let me do it out of my checking account the money comes from the same spot. Just not paying the extra four dollars for them to take.

  • Simple and functional

As the current version stands at the time of this review, the app does exactly as intended, with no pop ups aside from important notifications, and all functions seem to be working properly. I was able to log in successfully every time so far. It’s a simple app making it user friendly as well. There may be features they could improve, but as it stands, I would say 5 stars.

Everything works, it’s simple to use, no ads so far, no real cons to speak of.

  • cool data

Having some issues setting up the autopay function - hopefully it’s correct. Like being able to see on a daily basis how much energy I’m using and try to do better tomorrow by lowering the amount. Five stars if I stop getting that pop up every time I log on to round up my bill. Why on earth would I give you guys the tax write off?
