App doesn’t work at all
Update to my previous review here but it’s worse.
They still haven’t fixed the issue with the subscription being impossible to cancel since they use their own service instead of in-app purchases. Plus if you thought the customer service was bad before, the company just laid their entire staff off so it’s not likely to improve anytime soon.

Galeo Ride - great idea…but the design lacks many essential features (as just one example - no sound on your phone’s notification when the alarm sounds - you have to be looking at your phone to know someone is moving your bike) and most features that do exist often don’t work right. Clearly no one tests this product. And if your phone does not have a cell signal the app doesn’t work - it gives you a login screen - even if you’re in Bluetooth range of the Galeo device. The app stopped working weeks ago, and customer service has been non-existent, I have been struggling to figure out how to end my monthly subscription that this company somehow bypassed Apple. There’s no way to stop the monthly charges for a broken service, aside from complaining to my credit card company.Show less
