Not working

Neither manual tickets nor sign in is working. Useless

App crashes

Trying to add tickets manually the app just crashes

If you have problems

I would 100% prefer it if parks just used the phone wallet for this.

Anyway, when the app loads it asks for paste from safari permission, you have to say yes.

Then it just gives a useless “oops” error. For me I uninstalled the app, them reinstalled it and it asked for paste permission again, which I gave and it worked.

It also says it uses apple wallet but it doesn’t seem to, which is a shame because the interface isn’t as good.

Again, much prefer apple wallet, it just works and you don’t need to download another app or give it permission to paste which i would recommend revoking once you have your tickets.

Muddled and noisy UI

Our local attraction has moved all of its ticketing to this app and, every time it proves a frustrating experience. Constantly logging me out and then, when I log in, I cannot find our tickets. Made a previously simple process overly complicated. I won’t be renewing with the attraction if they insist on us using this app.

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t work - downloaded after buying Drayton manor tickets constantly says oops something went wrong - doesn’t load anything now need to print tickets instead! Headache 😨

Rubbish app on iPhone

Installed this app on my iPhone 14 (up to date iOS) at Drayton Manor today and cannot get it to work. Absolutely rubbish app. Just get “Oh No! Something went wrong” all the time.

No point as doesn’t connect

All the links it sends to you email say they are invalid. Since all my tickets are in my email, and I can easily access that, there is no point to this app

Awful

I book tickets for West Midlands Safari Park, got this wallet suggestion, downloaded & opened . . no tickets in the app . . repeated 3 time then the tickets appeared, but with no date on them, back to WMSP website to say got tickets with no date, wanted to charge £2 per ticket to allocate a date. Tap may be good but the information migration from a website didn’t go well, what should have been easy ended up being a headache 😏
