Tech support please!
My Gim worked fine out of the box four months ago. I recently upgraded my iPhone to a 12 mini and now (with the Wi-Fi connected) it won't recognize the drone in the app? I can fly the drone with the controller by itself, but have no image or in-app controls anymore. I've deleted and re-loaded the app on my phone and it still won't recognize it. Anyone have any ideas what's up? The phone number on the manual is disconnected. And the website is down. Aaaaaaaaaagh!Show lessjahn filthe
App force closing
Anyone else having issues with app force closing when trying to connect to the drone on iOSporto2010
No voice prompts
Supposed to get voice prompts about what the drone is doing. Take off, landing, max distance, returning home. But doesn’t work for me. Feature is enabled in settings. Volume is up. Also, half the camera button is cut off by the notch on my iPhone. Not sure who to blame for that though. Other than that. Nice app. Not too cluttered. Has worked well so far.Show lessprc292
Poor people
At first the drone and app worked fine. Less than a week in and connection issues started. Rather than help customer service said it was my fault and made me send 15 videos of me setting it up! Ridiculous and over priced crap drone and poor customer service…Ichibonkc
Upside down
Is there a way to rotate the app as it appears upside down on my device. I rotate the iPad and iPhone but when I’m it’s case, that’s not possible.MrRKWilson
Works great for me.
I’m not sure why so many others seem to be having trouble with this app. It works for me. Out of the box. No issues with setup or flight.3D guy
States that the remote battery is low when it is fully charged.
So the number one issue is even though the remote battery is fully charged it takes a few minutes to connect because it thinks the battery is dead when it is not. Another major issue is photos taken in the app do not go to the phone like they were supposed toMhorger
