I usually buy around 100$ regularly everyday. There is a package (shown up today) that can only be bought once. Due to some sort of their technical issue, they charge me twice and give me 2 pack of those. I told the customer service “Ki-Ki” I only wanna use 100$ per day and that was their mistake. As they give other benefits for using small money everyday but not for the buyer who buy more than 100$. So, I ask them to refund or make it as two transactions for 100$ today and 100$ tomorrow so that I could still claim some other benefits for using small money each day. But the customer service didn’t want to put any effort to solve their problem. Ki-Ki just keep telling me she can’t do anything. That clearly states that this game has bug to take away your money twice and they just won’t do anything. I don’t know if that customer service Ki-Ki can represent the whole game organization. So far, nothing is fixed. If the game management team see my message and could fix this for me, I would update my comments and review.
