Downloaded to test on a 3 day “free” trial. Attempted to use but didn’t work on my TV. Cancelled and deleted but now been charged a full monthly £9.49 within 24 hours. So much for the “free 3 day trial” I suppose...Jb$¥68

Dear Customer, We are sorry for any inconvenience happened. But the free trial is applied for weekly plan only so if you forgot to cancel it, you was only charged £3.99. And please be noted that if you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. App doesn’t work.
Insisted on my choosing a term for subscription, then doesn’t work. You only have 2 days to cancel (24 hours before “renewal”) and it’s delaying actually showing app “purchase” so I will be forced to pay for the subscription.
