SAMPAŞ, Türkiye’nin kentsel dönüşüm sürecinde Bakanlığımız ve Belediyelerimiz ile işbirliği içerisinde “Akıllı, Estetik ve Sürdürülebilir” kentleri inşa etmeyi hedeflemektedir.
Yerel yönetimler tarafından yapılan kentsel dönüşüm projelerinde kullanılmak üzere hak sahipleri ile yapılacak tüm uzlaşı süreçlerinin mobil uygulama takibi yapılacak e-Kentsel Dönüşüm (eKD) hayata geçirilmiştir.
e-Kentsel Dönüşüm (eKD) Uygulaması hak sahiplerinin şeffaf, doğru bilgiye telefonları ile ulaşmaları, istek ve arzularını iletmeleri, kentsel dönüşüm uzlaşı süreçlerini kolay ve anlaşılabilir şekilde yapmalarını sağlayan iletişim platformudur.

Uygulama kapalı bir platformdur. Uygulama kurulumu SAMPAŞ Holding ve İşbirliği yaptığı kurum tarafından belirlenen proje alanlarındaki hak sahipleri tarafından kullanılabilmektedir.
