Wait time
I ordered from this location through the app. It said my order would be ready at 1:38 I arrived at 1:36 was given my drinks and asked to wait in the front they would bring it out. I waited for over 30 minutes no one brought my order out I tried calling no one answered so I was forced to get down. I go inside turns out they forgot about me and they left my food sitting on a counter. 3 of my drinks were milk for my kids and sat in my car for over 30 minutes and my buns on my burger were soggy. She tried giving me the same food that had been sitting out so I asked for a refund she said because I ordered from the app I had to call this number I called the number no answer I have to leave a voicemail so I got no food and no refund…
