RX APP spins forever after signing in

The entire Rx process has my head “spinning”, in addition to difficulties with instructions not being followed by new Rx delivery.
I have requested that only 1 of my prescriptions be delivered via “mail order”! Even after confirmation that they understood, I am still getting notifications that they are going to ship an Rx vs my local pharmacy. “Yikes”! What a mess!

It was so easy to switch my pharmacy. Still can’t believe how quick and painless.

What Happened?

Prior to the last update it was working as described and I could even see what other pharmacies my medicine was at, now it takes forever to load and when it does it just takes me to my medicines info. Many times the app will crash if I’m looking up a pharmacy nearby as well.

Not working AGAIN!!!

It sits, spins, and counts down and quits. Very unreliable. You have to keep reaching out to support to get it to work. Very frustrating!

Will not send code

I have set up my account but cannot get code sent to me.

This enhancement has proven effective in preventing our messages from being filtered as SPAM or ending up in Junk folders. App does not work

Trying to set up my account. Accepts my username and password then sends a security code to my email. After I enter the code it pops me back to the log in page. I cannot get by this. Please fix.

Doesn’t send code to log on

Trying to set up my account. Accepts my username and password then says sending a verification code to my email but it never happens. Please fix this.

Hung up on pricing

When you open the app, it sits and spins for a while as it looks for pricing. Problem is if you want to do anything else, too bad. You have to wait before you can read messages or look for pharmacies or any other app function.

Not working

I’m trying to setup an account and it tells me it’s sending a six digit code but it never shows up. I’ve tried several times now

Finally, pricing!

I’m always finding out the price of my drugs at the pharmacy counter. Now I can view pricing and talk to my doctor right in my visit about cheaper alternatives before going to pick up my prescription. I’ll never be surprised by cost at the pharmacy counter again.
