Keep getting “System Error”
I can no longer play, I love this game and now I’m getting a “system error” and it won’t let me in. I am so frustrated and since I can’t get in there is nobody to complain to.Kimmycimmy
Having problems opening my game
It states that I have to restart from some kind of abnormalities or something like that and it’s stops at 60% reloading help…twice my game has restarted from the beginning and I’m losing all of my money and effort with this game… if you can help me to regain my old game please do……dabooboo59
Puddles
The puddles/water are near impossible to get from clouds as it is and they turn to mushrooms far too quick. The level "Crystal Plain 7" is impossible for me because of this.SapphireDoodle

Great game. When I can get in
I love to play DragonHome. I play everyday. I even pay to open up the island next to my home for the eggs and blue gems. They are quite handy. But there are days like today when I cannot get the game to load no matter what I do. It keeps saying connectivity issues. I have powered down and back up, turned off wifi and back on, gotten totally out of the game and tried to reopen it. All afternoon I get the same error message. The support link on this app site does not even have DragonHome listed in the games nor can I access a support link. Can someone please advise?Show lessTeelahk
Need support!
I just unlocked the island you can open for a week or a month yesterday and now today I am not able to open my game. It. Gets to 60% and says network anomaly, please restart it. I have restarted game multiple times and I have restarted my iPad. I have tried to connect when using several diffferent internet connections, i.e.; home, cell hotspot, Walmart wi-fi. I get same error and I can not find a support link to chat or email customer service. I do not even see this game listed on the website. If this gets fixed I will gladly change my rating, I love this game and have spent money on the permanent islands you can unlock as well as the event bonus islands. I just want and need help! The game was working fine yesterday. Today as soon as my game gets to 60%, I get the following error, “Network anomaly, please restart it”. I’ve tried on two separate networks and get the same error message.Maggielala2012
Needs to update special events layout & add new events so that it’s not repetitive
I enjoy game but repetitive special events are causing me to lose interest . New events and updates would make people play longerMom22wife21
