Random loss of Data
Idk what happened but the game updated and the next time I went into the app, all my data was gone and it started me back over to the beginning. It’s as if I was a new userNomNomXox
Worst customer support
Played for a few months , was initially very interested and lately down the hill. I have spent $ 2000 AUD in this game and I am just among the middle. Every single new activity is encouraging / associated with recharging and buying extra game gift packs. You could not play without spending min $20 - $500 a week . This is the craziest game I have ever seen like this.
Plus the game setting is not considered well which allows other people doing unfriendly competitions and rude activities.
When you need any customer support , they just tell you to wait and they will take notes. Basically take money and doing nothing when you need. Will never recommend to anyone!Show lessmaki222222
Good but real time fashion week is so annoying
Every Sunday there was a fashion week available for several hours. However the annoying part was the first round competition that only running for 30 mins at evening round 4:30. So, You must be on time to catch up with that 30 mins which I found isn’t fair at all. What’s the point of having several hours till the next day to wait for others and only 30 mins if you want to win the next round. Please consider to change the rule cause there is no way that everyone gonna be waiting for the competition all day longShow lessamtheskyblue

I’ve invested a lot of time into this game and really enjoyed it, but today it kept crashing and eventually logged me out. It now says multiple different things when I try and log in:
One says I’ve successfully logged in but I haven’t
Another says I cannot connect
Last one says that my account has expired
I checked a few hours later and tried logging in but now it says that the account I’ve tried to log into doesn't exist. I’m gutted as I went on the app everyday, and I had so many cosmeticsShow lessDavejb007
