Great graphics, great slot variety
I love this game. The graphics are great and the slot variety is fantastic! I love that there are plenty of ways to earn coins without having to spend money on the mission pass, even though I sometimes do make that purchase.
My only complaint right now is the Reach the Top bonus. It is ridiculous that you either finish at the bottom or fall off the top. I have never made it to the upper tier, so what’s the point? Most of the time I feel like I should just skip playing it but I guess coins are coins. This is exactly the way I felt about the Pachinko bonus but you must have made changes to it because I don’t always end in the lowest multiplier. Maybe you could do something similar with the Reach the Top one.
Overall though, love the game, love all the different graphics and game mechanics in the different slots. It’s the best slot game I’ve ever played!Show less%Jen%
Mixed emotions
This game is fun, addictive, and deceiving. Granted it’s my own fault, and I understand it’s a slot game and supposed to be random. However it’s slightly upsetting when you can play and play yet it never gives up much more than a Mini, or that it gets so close yet you’re so far from getting anything else. Sometimes it’s hit and miss. That’s not the worse part of it. I get that it isn’t going to just give you everything all the time then it wouldn’t be fun, but to reach the goals it’s setting out to collect anything you have to spend money, or there is no way you’re going to get all the stamps needed, or the hammers, or what you need to collect mission goals. I will admit I have spent a tiny fortune on this game to get the goals, and yet I still come up short. I will continue to play, and I encourage others to download because it’s fun and it makes time go by. Just don’t get your hopes up on making all the goals. 3 stars for me because I’m sour.Show lessJabeeric

I’m a disabled individual who plays games to help distract my brain from chronic pain which causes uncontrollable movements. For well over a month now I’ve been fighting with Jackpot Crush over false advertisement…the app offers Special Benefits with purchases; but, they REFUSE to give you all the extra benefits included with each purchases! Technical support writes Speedy hours from “special benefits do NOT accumulate!” Now @ the end of the last Mission Pass my extra emeralds disappeared & were NOT found in my inbox as they did from previous mission passes.
In my opinion, this is FRAUDULENT & I’d like others, before they choose to play &/or make any purchases, from this app to know this information up front! I’m feeling like a mushroom…left in the dark to be fed B.S. from Jackpot Crush’s dishonesty! I can ONLY hope this review will HELP others to choose a more honestly ran app! P.S. with each new purchase Jackpot Crush steals ALL previously accumulated speedy hours to be replaced with 72 hours speedy. My game in the past has shown for example 40 hours speedy & with a new purchase the 40 hours magically disappear/replaced with 72 hours….total FRAUD! I should’ve had 112 hours after my purchase did NOT work out that way. Scam Game
Do not spend money on this game! First the game has an insane amount of interruptions and pop ups. Those can be overlooked. It’s crazy difficult to level up so have fun playing the same handful of games for a very long time. Finally, the games are rigged for you to lose money much faster than you typically should. It seems the games are designed to give you more bonuses and “big wins”, however at a significantly reduced multiplier. What that translates to is down down down. In all other games (and in real life) the same combinations would give you your money back or significantly more. Was the best slot game……
I will be honest, hands down tgis was my favorite slot game that I have ever downloaded, but I quickly realized that this app definitely lowers odds. You can get up to so many coins and the boom, you start losing at every slot and start to never hit the big jackpots. Once you get to a certain level odds go down and forces you to have to purchase coins. Even the free coins and missions they offer only covers for a few spins at best and then your back to 0 trying to work you way up. It has been 5 days and after losing majority of my coins I still havent been able to get back up even with the free coins. I’m having fun with this one so far. I like how there are cute, unique mini games and stuff. It’s not just spin spin spin over and over again. I don’t get why people have to sabotage so much though. I see all of these people saying “you aren’t playing unless you buy coins” well, um of course you aren’t. Where do you think the jackpot money comes from? All of us paying consumers. I don’t see how people want to play these games for free and win big money. You have the choice how much to put in. And you have the choice to play these games at all. Everyone knows it takes money to make money with these things. Just like at the casino. And playing the lottery. Im going off on a tangent, sorry. Jackpot crush had a new machine. He hit big bonuses. After 2 weeks of players hitting big wins and large coin balances jpc found a flaw and took away several players coins they acquired during that time and accused players of cheating, lying and using third party services to acquire coins. They are crooked and dont take responsibility of their mistakes. They had a glitch in their new machine and data didn’t catch it till couple week later and accused all of cheating. Even their Facebook representative called players names of Cheaters, liars and made jokes in the room and laughed on posts. This accusation abuse to players is absurd an uncalled for. If you play game do not buy their packages. Yes you lose cause it’s gambling but they are so tight they squeak. And their costs of packages are outrageous and vary from one person to another. You can decide you want to really get somewhere in this game by climbing the latter to higher levels. You can spend a $100 and 90 seconds later its gone. You can think we'll, that was unlucky, let's try it again, and another 90 seconds later you are $200 in the hole and you're no further along than the person who spent nothing. The more coins you have the more they force you to play.
Lastly, you can write to customer service regarding a problem like the scatter game isn't paying the rewards and they respond with “Im sorry your experience with the game isn't living up to your expectations. You just need to understand sometimes you are lucky and other times unlucky. Unless you buy coins you’re not playing. As you progress up levels your minimum bet also increases at a much faster rate than you’ll ever earn free coins. In fact, you can collect coins all day and still not have enough to play for more than a couple spins. In addition, if you do make a purchase, make sure you screenshot the deal you purchased as these aren’t always correctly applied. Especially the one that ensures you’re reimbursed for all losses during a specific time period. You aren’t. Instead of adding back losses in real time, they subtract your wins from your total spend during that time period and reimburse you that amount. So you can’t get ahead during that period. Additionally, as you move up levels the odds of you getting a super, spectacular, or fantastic win is nonexistent. I’ve played for several weeks now and once I got over spending trillions with a minimum bet of billions the most I’ve hit on any game is a huge win. May be coincidence, but judging by the difficulty of every task, it’s more likely this is a setup in the game.
