Was going to rate you very highly until i did the last test , which is upping the bet , and just like all the other developers , you failed miserably too , the game started out fantastically well with lots of bonuses , so i brought a few things , got my account to 150 billion then upped the bet from 300 million to 1 billion per spin , missed the grand 16 times by one ( how standard ) 181 spins at the billion bet and not one single bonus , changing machines along the way , too bad , you were doing so well , now you lost another customer

When this game first came out it was one of the best slot games on the App Store, but over the years they have made small changes hoping you wouldn’t notice, here are a few of the many changes they have made just to get your money. 1 you used to win grand jackpots, not anymore, now you’re lucky if you get a minor or a major, you always get a mini about 95% of the time. 2 after you make a purchase you get a “Lucky Star” get 4 of them and you get a special package, the Lucky stars used to stay indefinitely, now they disappear within 24 hours if you do not make a purchase and put you back to zero stars. 3 the pop-ups are ridiculous, we all know where to buy coins, we do not need to be reminded every 5 seconds. 4 the top coin package used to be $89 after you make a purchase it goes up to $99, after that $119, and it stays at $99 to $119 all the time now, there are many more I could list, and if you’ve played this game for any amount of time, you know exactly what I’m talking about. The strategy they use to make money is different from other slot games, but it’s still designed to take your money. I agree with a lot of other people on here, take your money to a real casino, at least you will have a better chance of hitting a bonus and winning, and you’ll also win REAL money.

The graphics to this app is fantastic. Better than most casino apps out there. That’s what’s been keeping me a supporter. (and actually spent money). But after receiving this response from customer support, I’m looking for other apps. I inquired about a coupon I was going to use that was labeled “60%”. I thought it meant 60%off any slot package. No, it does not. And apparently I’m dumb for assuming it was 60%off.
“Hello, according to the screenshot you provided, the coupon displayed in your screenshot only shows the store coupon at 60% and does not show 60% off. Additionally, the coupon has a expiration date, which may be due to your failure to use it. We suggest that you pay attention to the expiration date of the coupon. Thank you for your understanding.”
This is not customer support. This is berating a customer. Who has a coupon that says 60%, but it doesn’t mean 60% off?? I never used the coupon because it showed up in my inbox as “1.6x coins”. Yet, it’s my fault for not paying attention to an expiration date to a coupon that was delivered as a totally different one…
They refuse to correct THEIR mistake. Do not spend money on this app.
