Workplace by CoReceptionist

Workplace is an app for your employees. Each registered employee in the CoReceptionist App can now check-in, check-out, and invite visitors from their smartphones. Together with CoReceptionist and Workplace, you can focus on the high priority tasks. CHECKED-IN The list shows visitors’ details who are here to meet the employee. The employee can check-out the visitor from this same section. INVITE VISITORS Employees can send invites to new or existing visitors in advance right from the Workplace app in their smartphones. CHECKED-OUT The list shows all the visitors your employee has had the meetings with. It also enables the employees to invite the visitor again. DIRECTORY Displays all the employee contacts in the company and the visitors. Any employee with the Workplace app can add these contacts to their phone book in an instant. EMPLOYEE PROFILE This section is for the employees to add/edit their details like name, email id, and phone number. This helps them keep their personal information up to date.
