The Calibration CoPilot™ mobile app has been completely redone to work with our new Dispatch module, the ability to review CCCOne RO Lines, view attachments from customers, get map directions to a customer’s location and much more!!!

The new version of Calibration CoPilot™ will include the following: #1: New Sales Tax Configuration: ADAS service and calibration providers will have the ability to configure the platform to charge sales tax on Parts, Services and Labor. This new feature will help ADAS service and calibration providers charge the proper taxes for parts (freon, suspension, etc), labor or other services. The tax amounts will appear on the invoice. #2: Customer (shop) File Sharing: Customers (shops) will be able upload PDF’s or other files to share with the ADAS service and calibration provider. This new feature will help ADAS service and calibration providers get completed estimates or RO’s from their customers (shops). It will also help ADAS service and calibration providers that utilize adasThink easily receive PDF’s from their customers (shops) and process them through the adasThink platform. #3: Invoice Discounts: Customers (Shops) now have the opportunity to view, save or print invoices with OR without discounts. This will allow ADAS service and calibration provider customers (Shops) print/save invoice with OR without discounts. #4: Quick/Easy Estimate/Invoice Creation: ADAS service and calibration providers now have the ability to quickly and easily create an estimate/invoice “on the fly”. This new feature will allow ADAS service and calibration providers and mobile technicians to quickly and easily create an estimate or invoice without a customer request.

* Improved Manual Line-Item Entry: User can now manually enter a Description, Labor Time and Dollar Amount on any manual line-item entry. * Accounting .CSV Export: Users can now export a date range based .CSV file that includes all accounting related data for individual and all locations. * The Ability to add Sales Tax and Discounts to Calibration CoPilot’s Auto-Created Invoices * Custom Workflows, Checklists, Documentation and Pricing Based in Service Categories
