They will take your money and ban you. Don’t use it!
I decided to purchase a monthly $9.99 subscription that I never actually got. Since the 14th when I purchased it I have emailed and messaged on the game. They banned me for getting a refund from Apple after ignoring my requests to give me the items I purchased. They will not answer you but they sure are quick to ban you when you follow through with holding them accountable. There are plenty more poker games that do not steal your money and scam you I wouldn’t suggest this app to anyone.
EDIT: As previously stated. No customer service. It did not matter that I had been attempting to have PokerGaga fix the situation they still on appeal never even looked into it and simply said I did violate terms that I didnt. This game is a scam. All they had to do in my case was look into the situation and fix it and I never would have needed a refund for items I never received. Beware.Show lessbreadded

My evaluation of pokar gaga exposes a fraudulent game that preys on players' susceptibilities. The game perpetuates a false sense of hope and possibility, coaxing players to spend exorbitant amounts of money on fake coins. The wheel of prizes is a mockery, with minuscule payouts that barely cover the cost of participation. Despite my attempts to contact the company, they have failed to address my concerns and have shown a blatant disregard for their players' experiences. It is evident that the game is rigged and requires immediate attention to rectify these egregious issues. If you are considering downloading this poker app, I urge you to exercise caution and do your research first. I personally invested a significant amount of time and money into the app, only to find that the odds were consistently stacked against me. Despite its RNG certification, the algorithm seems to favor new accounts and those who spend money, leaving long-time players at a disadvantage. Additionally, the app takes a considerable rake from each pot and charges a steep commission on gifted chips. While the app may be suitable for socializing and chatting, it does not provide a genuine poker experience. My advice is to either play poker in a real-life setting or choose an app that offers fair gameplay for all players.Show lessluis2o911

Great ppl but also not so great. The good ones make it amazing and addictive. The bad are just lonely and disturbed. If you don’t feed their fire it’s all good. Gaga needs to do better monitoring the cheaters. Once that is accomplished I give 5/5Pabs!!!

Unsure why I can’t play the game very slow to log in then lags and says time out requested when I’ve never had this issues before also spent money on this game lots of times so very frustrating that I can’t playJmelb79

The game is so much fun and you get to meet new people although there are some nasty perverted people who seem to think everyone wants to see them be sexually nasty on video and will do sexual things on video not caring if a child is looking over your shoulder. With that said be careful when you play and make sure your child don’t have the game on thier electronics and REPORT THE SEX OFFENDERS!!!Show lessSassykassie1984
